Mollie Adams Diary of her Journey in Canadian Rockies July 23, 1908

Thursday, July 23.
Ferried back again over to Kishkassan Camp, and they drove the horses in before the last load came across, and they took their swim less reluctantly than when they went over.  Mr. B., M. and I got all of them except Roany and Ginger caught and tied up before the boys came.  All landed by 12.20.  A strong south wind, forest fire smoke drifting in.  Bar. low.  5800 ft.
The goat came hurrying back over the top of the hill to their favourite pasture as soon as they saw us safely away across the lake.  Thunder shower in the evening.
